Brief: Elanders announces rights issue following acquisition of LGI

Sept 1 (Reuters) - Elanders  ELANb.ST  
    * Rights issue in Elanders following the acquisition of German supply chain management 
company LGI Logistics Group International GmbH 
    * Purchase price amounts to about 257 million euros ($287 million) on a debt free basis 
    * Rights issue of about 707 million Swedish crowns ($82.5 million) before costs related to 
rights issue, through issue of not more than 8.8 million new shares 
    * Subscription price in rights issue is 80 crowns per share
